Can I come without an appointment?
While walk-in are welcomed they are not encouraged.
Same-day appointments available. Call +19014450788 to confirm provider availability and we’ll handle everything in a single visit, evaluation, imaging, and a care plan, when possible.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, UnitedHealthcare, Delta Dental, and MetLife. We also welcome self-pay patients and work with uninsured patients to find workable solutions.
Can my doctor refer a patient directly?
Absolutely. We welcome provider referrals. Email referrals@dentalerx.com or call +19014450788. We’ll review the case and get back to you promptly.
Is telehealth available on weekends and at night?
Yes — telehealth is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You shouldn’t have to wait until Monday to get help with a dental concern.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We see self-pay patients and work with individuals to find solutions. Access to care is central to what we do — please call us and we’ll discuss your options.
How is Dental ERx different from a regular dental office?
We are physically located inside St. Francis Bartlett Hospital’s Medical Arts Pavilion and designed to work alongside medical teams. We offer walk-in emergency care, 24/7 telehealth, and coordinated care with hospitals — things a traditional dental office isn’t set up to do.
