By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Dental ERx, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the number you provided. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and preferences.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS communications from Dental ERx in any of the following ways:
- Checking the consent box when submitting a contact or appointment request form on our website
- Providing verbal or written consent at our front desk or during the check-in process
- Texting START to our practice number

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of Text Communications
Phone numbers and the content of text message exchanges are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Standard SMS is not encrypted end-to-end. Avoid sending sensitive medical information via text. Our team will never request payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords via text message.
